| As you can see from the photos above, I have changed a lot during the last 65 years as everybody else - I suppose! My mother and father was born in the countryside growing up on a farm, and they moved to Copenhagen, where my father establshed a big draper shop. We lived in a suburban neighbourhood with a lot of green areas and very few cars, so the children had a lot of space to play around safely. World War Two was about to end, and when I was 6 years old, I could enjoy myself with the first issues of Donald Duck, bananas, Coca Cola and the feeling of optimism to the future. After 12 years in school I went to the University to study chemistry and physics. At the same time I worked a lot with radiocommunication, where my first constructions were employing radiovalves. In 1959 I got the first transistors, and since then we have seen a fantastic development in the field of semiconducters leading to the computers of today. My father was a keen photographer, and because of that I learned how to develop photos in the darkroom at an early age. You can see some of his photos of me above on this page. In 1971 I met with a few Tibetans visiting Denmark. About 10 years before I became interested in Tibetan Buddhism, so it was very exiting to meet "the real ones" and learn from them. At the same time we had rock and roll, flower power, hippies and many other new things, which changed society and the way of life for the individual person. Today we have the Internet, cellular phones, numerous TV channels, two remote controlled rovers on Mars and - I'm sorry to say - so many cars driving around everywhere, that it's impossible to live a safe and healthy life any more! In Denmark and in most of the Western World we have what is nessecary and more of material things, and yet we want to buy more in the eternal hunt after happiness. But you can not buy happiness for dollars presuming that you are not starving, being ill, and that you have a good warm house to live in! Therefore it is important to take a look inside yourself to study mind and body and how they are related to the Universe as a whole. In order to do that with at least some hope of success, I have chosen to combine modern technology and science with old knowledge about the Mind as you will find it, if you study Tibetan Buddhism. You can download an entire CD with lots of photos of my ancestors and myself. You can see how they worked as farmers in Denmark in the old days with only horses. Unpack the zip-file and burn the files to a CD, which will start with autorun under Windows. The CD is only in Danish. Get it by clicking HERE. SKYPE You can talk with me on Skype, where I have the username: "skypeforove" And have a look on my other website with a lot of video HERE May all beings attain happiness in one lifetime.
